Due to state regulations, location services are used to ensure that wagering is only done within the designated state. Wagering outside of the designated state is not allowed and the Circa Sports app will generate an error when you attempt to do so. 

Sometimes the app performs better over 4G/wireless networks, rather than Wi-Fi. Try turning Wi-Fi off in your Settings and see if that helps. Otherwise, pop into one of our locations or fill out the Support Form at the bottom of our Support Page.

For iOS: To turn on Location Services for the Circa Sports App please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services
2. Make sure that the ‘Location Services’ is on.
3. Scroll down to find the Circa Sports App.
4. Tap on the app and select either of the options:
   1. While Using the App: Allows access to Location Services only when the app or one of its features is visible on the screen. 
   2. Always: Allows access to your location even when the app is in the background. 
5. Please keep in mind that if your location services are listed as ‘Never’ or ‘Ask Next Time’ or When I Share; it will not be able to read your location and could be the reason as to why you are experiencing an issue. 

For Android: To turn on Location Services for the Circa Sports App please follow the steps below:

1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
2. Touch and hold the ‘Location’ icon. 
   1. If you cannot locate the Location icon, tap on ‘Edit’ > Settings.
   2. Drag Location into your ‘Quick Settings’

We are excited to announce that our Circa Sports Football Contests are now open for signups! For both the Million VI and Survivor Contests, sign up period is from May 24th to September 7th (2PM PST).  To participate in our Contest(s) you will need to visit one of our Nevada Circa Sports locations. 

Contest Dates: September 5th, 2024 - January 5th, 2025

Registration Deadline: Saturday, September 7th @ 2:00PM PST during the first NFL Week

The Million VI Contest is one of our NFL Contests that is guaranteed to have $6 million in total prizes! To win this Contest, you want to accrue as many points as possible based on five (5) weekly pro football selections against a static point spread. You will receive one (1) point for each correct selection, one half (.5) point for each push, and zero (0) points for each incorrect selection. Full season cash prizes will be awarded to the top 100 places plus last and second-to-last place. Each quarter cash prizes will be awarded to the top five places plus the last place score.  

The Contest point spreads will be posted every Thursday (10am PST) with the selections due on Saturday (4pm PST). For Thanksgiving week, the point spreads will be posted on Wednesday (10am PST) and for Christmas week, they will be posted on Tuesday (10am PST). 

The following are the total prize pools for the Million VI:

• $1 Million and a coveted blue jacket for the first-place winner
• $3.65 Million in cash prizes for places 2-100
• $300,000 per "Quarter" in prizes awarded every 4-5 weeks
• $100,000 for the last place booby prize / $50,000 for the second to last place booby prize

For the Survivor Contest you will need to choose a different winning team each week. You may only pick each professional football team one (1) time throughout the duration of the Contest. Make sure to choose wisely because you will need teams that play on Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday and the Christmas Leg to survive both holiday weeks. The last entry standing wins it all $10 Million! 

Entries are eliminated from the contest by selecting a team that subsequently loses or ties its NFL game that week or continues until a single entry remains. You get to select up to 20 picks in 2024 which includes picks for every NFL week 1-18, plus Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday and Christmas leg (wed/Thurs). 

Keep in mind that picks are due at 4:00PM PST every Saturday or before kickoff of the selected game (whichever is earlier) except for Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday and the Christmas Leg:

• Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday: picks are due by 10 p.m. PST Wednesday, November 27
• Christmas Leg: picks are due by 9 a.m. PST Wednesday, December 25

For the Million VI Contest: Each entry is $1,000 with a max limit of 5 entries per person.

For the Survivor Contest: Each entry is $1,000 with a max limit of 10 entries per person. You can repurchase up to ten additional entries until the registration deadline if you lose on the opening TNF or Friday Game. 

Examples:

• If you purchased ten (10) entries and lost all 10 entries on the opening Thursday Night or Friday Night Football game, you will have the ability to purchase up to ten (10) additional entries
• If you purchased ten (10) entries and lost five (5) on the opening Thursday Night or Friday Night Football game, you will have the ability to purchase up to five (5) additional entries.

For the Million VI Contest: Contest point spreads will be posted every Thursday around 10:00AM PST and your selections will be due by 4:00PM PST Saturday. 

• During Thanksgiving week, point spreads will be posted at 10 a.m. PST Wednesday. 
• During Christmas week, point spreads will be posted at 10 a.m. PST Tuesday. 

Entrants who would like to select games that occur prior to the selection deadline (for example, Thursday Night Football) must submit all five (5) prior to kickoff of the earliest game they are selecting that week. Partial submissions will not be accepted. Any attempts to make selections after this deadline will not be accepted. In the event, that an entrant is unable to submit their selections before the weekly deadline, they will be awarded zero (0) points for that week. Missing a deadline in no way prevents an entrant from submitting selections in subsequent weeks during the Contest.

For the Survivor Contest: Picks are due at 4 p.m. PST every Saturday or before kickoff of the selected game (whichever is earlier), except for:

• • Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday: picks are due by 10 p.m. PST Wednesday, November 27
  • Christmas Leg: picks are due by 9 a.m. PST Wednesday, December 25

Attempts to make selections after the Contest Week Selection deadlines will not be accepted. Before a Contest Winner is determined, any entry of the Contest that does not make a selection for a Contest Week prior to that Contest Week’s deadline will be eliminated. 

Out-of-state residents are eligible to play by registering with a Nevada-based proxy service to submit weekly picks on your behalf. Each entrant may authorize up to three (3) proxies. Proxies must be present at the time of registration and must have form of ID. 

Circa | Sports does not officially endorse or recommend any proxy or proxy service. We recommend doing some research online to see who you would like to go with. Once you are in communication with a proxy, they will assist you with entering your picks in state. When it comes to the additional fees, the Proxy will have a fee, however that information will be provided by them.

The allowable methods of payment include cash, Golden Gate Hotel & Casino gaming chips, the D Las Vegas gaming chips, Circa Resort & Casino gaming chips, and credit cards. Entries purchased via credit card will be subject to a credit card processing fee.

You can reach out to our Support Team for assistance on how to wire in funds to Circa Resorts & Casino. This process is very simple as we will send you a Front Money Agreement Form so you can wire in funds. Once the wire has been sent to Circa Resorts & Casino, you will have to go to our Circa Casino Cage and then you will receive your funds in the form of Casino Chips to bring to the Sportsbook to use for your Contest entries.

If a game deviates from its originally scheduled time and location, the game must be completed by 1:59 AM on Wednesday of the Contest Week in order for it to be eligible to be graded as a “win”, “loss”, or “push”. A “Contest Week” shall mean seven (7) consecutive calendar days starting on Wednesday at 2:00 AM and ending on the following Wednesday at 1:59 AM.

For Survivor Contest: Solely for Contest purposes, all games are “action” despite any change in a game’s location. If a game deviates from its originally scheduled time and location, the game must be completed by 1:59 AM on Wednesday of the Contest Week in order for it to be applied towards Contest standings. Games that are not completed within the “Contest Week” will be graded a loss for the Contest and the entry will be eliminated. 

A “Contest Week” shall mean seven (7) consecutive calendar days starting on Wednesday at 2:00 AM and ending on the following Wednesday at 1:59 AM, except for the Contest Week that includes Thanksgiving Day + Black Friday and the Christmas Leg and the subsequent Contest Week that immediately follows. 

Thanksgiving Day/Black Friday Contest Week will begin at 2:00 AM on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, and end at 11:59 PM on Friday, November 29, 2024. 

• The Contest Week that immediately follows will begin at 12:00 AM on Saturday, November 30, 2024, and end at 1:59 AM on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. 

Christmas Leg will begin at 2:00 AM on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, and end at 11:59 PM on Thursday, December 26, 2024. 

• The Contest Week that immediately follows will begin at 12:00 AM on Friday, December 27, 2024, and end at 1:59 AM on Tuesday, December 31, 2024.

For Million VI Contest: Since this Contest is based off the five (5) weekly pro football selections against a static point spread, you will receive one (1) point for each correct selection, one half (.5) point for each push, and zero (0) points for each incorrect selection. 

For Survivor Contest: Weekly selections shall be graded as a loss if the selected team ends their game in a tie. The Contest is won by being the last remaining entrant with ta correct selection during the NFL Season, losing weekly selections will cause an entry to be eliminated from the Contest. Weekly selections will be made on teams to win without the use of a point spread.

To see our real-time standings, you will be able to access them on our Nevada Circa Sports app. Please login with your Contest ID to see your position. The standings will also be posted on our website and on our official Twitter page every Tuesdays in the evenings. 

For out-of-state residents: Please keep in mind that the Circa Sports mobile app geolocation software precludes a contestant who logs in from out of state for the purposes of viewing the contest lines and then subsequently having someone else (i.e. in this case a proxy) re-log in within Nevada to then submit their contest selections for up to thirty (30) minutes. This timeout period for location spoofing will in no way extend the Contest deadline under any circumstances. All Contestants are responsible for anyone who logs into their Contest account during the Contest selection period.

During this time-out period/gaming pause, you will still be able to login and make withdrawals, however you will not be able to place any wagers or make any deposits. 

For Nevada: Circa Sports prioritizes safe gambling. If you would like to set a Time-out period on your account, please reach out to our Circa Sports Support Team and they will be able to get that set up for you by disabling your Circa Sports account for a certain length of time.

For Illinois and Kentucky: Our Circa Sports app provides you with the option to set Responsible Gaming Limits. Responsible gaming limits can be set by navigating to the RG limits section in your account under Settings. You have the ability to set gaming limits for both daily/weekly/monthly deposits and wager limits. These limits are effective immediately once you adjust your settings within the Circa Sports app and click on ‘Save’ to confirm. Decreases in player limits are effective immediately, but any increases to your limits will require a ‘cooling-off’ period of 72 hours before they are in effect.
