Responsible Gaming Limits:

• Circa Sports Illinois provides you with the option to set Responsible Gaming Limits directly within the Mobile App by navigating to the RG Limits section. You have the ability to set or adjust responsible gaming limits for daily/weekly/monthly deposit and wager limits. The responsible gaming limits are effective immediately once you adjust your settings and click “Save” to confirm changes. A change in limits to make them more restrictive will become effective immediately, but a change in limits to make them less restrictive will become effective 72 hours after the request. • Patrons who feel that they may have a problem are provided the option of excluding themselves from Illinois Casinos. Circa Sports Illinois utilizes the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self Exclusion Program as the sole method in assisting patrons in their efforts to self-exclude.  Patrons wishing to participate in the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self Exclusion Program may do so in person at Circa Sports Illinois at American Place Casino or obtain more information about the program by calling 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537), text GAMB to 833234, or visit AreYouReallyWinning.com.

Gaming Hiatus/Pause:

• You also have the ability to take a hiatus or a pause from gambling with Circa Sports Illinois. You can set your “Cool-Off” period between a minimum of 72 hours and a maximum of 1 year. This can be done by navigating to the Time-Out section within the mobile app. This hiatus is effective immediately upon confirming your cool-off time period within the app. During this hiatus, you will still be able to login and withdraw funds, but you will NOT be able to deposit funds, make any bets or receive marketing or promotional materials. The date and time that your cool-off period ends will be visible in the Time-Out screen.
