That said, the app isn’t optimized for different devices. iPhone experience is better than the iPad but I sure wish my larger screen iPad were a better experience because I use bigger screens on game day. To be sure, this is an app review and not the sportsbook which is 5*.

Review is in the title. If you like having as few options on betting as possible this is the app for you! Parlay builder is terrible and doesn’t show you updated odds when building a parlay or your total payout, they make you do that math on your own. Their Teaser builder has been broken for multiple weeks now saying that $0.00 is the maximum bet allowed and no updates that they’ve even discovered the issue yet. Nowhere to access live support on the app to alert support to issues. $5 minimum bets on everything and essentially ZERO live betting other than halftime bets on spreads and O/Us.

The app is garbage compared to DraftKings, Caesars, MGM, FanDuel etc. not Circa Sports fault necessarily but more so the dinosaurs who are legislating mobile gambling in Nevada. The mobile apps that people in Nevada are forced to use are quite frankly an embarrassment to the industry.

After having some issues initially having the app recognize my location, I contacted a rep from the book to try to get the issue resolved. After a few more attempts, Brandon actually called me to give me further instructions on what to do to resolve the issue. Customer service seems to be very inadequate with most companies nowadays, but these guys are top notch. Would highly recommend!
